During the week of February 4, 2016, Palm Beach Narcotics Task Force (PBNTF) and  partners at the Florida Department of Health began investigating a complaint of a subject practicing medicine without a license.
As the suspect, Malachi Love-Robinson, had been investigated and cited by Department of Health for practicing medicine without a license in October 2015.
The investigation revealed that Love-Robinson had opened a medical office at 4700 north Congress Avenue, suite 303, West Palm Beach, Florida and was presenting himself as a medical certified doctor.
Today, members of PBNTF and Department of Health conducted an undercover operation at the medical office of Love-Robinson. During this undercover operation, Love-Robinson performed a physical exam on an undercover agent and offered medical advice.
Love-Robinson was arrested by PBNTF and booked on the charge of practicing medicine without a license. Department of Health served a notice to cease and desist and issued Love-Robinson several citations.
