Two arrested on theft and drug charges in Martin County
Martin County, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- The Martin County Sheriff has reported that two were arrested on theft and drug charges in Martin County.
This is what they said:

We asked that question, but 24-year old Zhane Katrina Richardson of Homestead, and 38-year old Daniel Lee Byrd of Sunrise couldn’t answer.

Both had little to say after their subsequent capture following a brazen retail theft in Martin County last night. The pair tried their hand at emulating some of what they have seen on TV in areas across the nation. They walked into a major marine retail store, loaded their carts with thousands of dollars in marine speakers, then ran out bypassing the area where honest citizens typically pay for their merchandise. But the management inside the store gave MCSO and Stuart PD an excellent description of the suspects, and the getaway car.
We will spare you the details of the perimeter set up and pursuit and take you to the end of the story, which is the end of the line for Richardson and Byrd. Zhane Richardson was obviously heart broken, not by the fact that she was caught…. but because she was caught in Martin County where the 19th Judicial Circuit doesn’t turn a blind eye to such crimes. As the tears flowed, it was apparent Georgia was also on her mind. That is where she has an outstanding warrant for VOP, arson and burglary. A fugitive from justice. Somewhere in Georgia, the story didn’t end like this one.
Zhane Richardson was charged with Grand theft, Possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and has a no bond on the warrant. Daniel Byrd was charged with Grand Theft, and Failure to obey an order to stop. Both were taken to the Martin County Jail. Both remain very unhappy to be here. #WrongExit.
