Treasure Coast High School Football Update 11/4/2019

And just like that, the high school football 2019 regular season is over.

Week 11 wrapped up with some big rivalry games. Jensen Beach cruised past Martin County 39-14 to once again with the Fergie Ferguson county championship trophy, while Centennial defeated Port St Lucie 22-15 to win the newly named Crosstown Parkway trophy.

Vero ensured their record regular season winning streak will stay intact heading into 2020, as they beat Viera 28-14.

 Westwood will be heading into the playoffs with a win, defeating Merritt Island 29-23.

South Fork fell to Jupiter 61-43, and Fort Pierce Central lost to Sebastian River 19-7.

Now, five area teams are advancing to the regional playoffs. Vero Beach is the top seed in their region. They will host Boca Raton. Treasure Coast and Centennial also made it. The Titans are the 5th seed and will be at #4 Santaluces. Centennial is the 7th seed and will be at #2 Palm Beach Central. Westwood is the #3 seed in their region, and will host #6 Charlotte. Jensen Beach is also the #3 seed for their region, and will be hosting #6 Killian. All games are set for Friday night.
