Teen Charged in armed carjacking of a UPS Truck
Ft Pierce, Florida
A teenager has been charged in an armed carjacking of a UPS truck. In December a UPS truck was carjacked at the corner of Avenue R and 29th Street in Fort Pierce. The driver claimed that two black males pointed a handgun at him and told him they were taking the truck. The driver was not harmed. 16-year old Walter Minatee was arrested on January 7th, and now 16-year old Deries Wilson has been arrested as well. The State’s Attorney plans to charge Wilson as an adult based on his extensive criminal background.
