Suspect in Grove apartment shooting turns himself in
Port St Lucie, Fla- On December 3, 2017, the suspect in the Grove Apartment shooting, 16 year old Namond Kevon Moxey, turned himself in to authorities. Port St. Lucie Police arrested Moxey on the charges of robbery with a firearm and aggravated battery with deadly weapon.
