St. Lucie Medical Center is opening its Offsite Emergency Room at Darwin Square this morning at 8 a.m.
The offsite ER will provide the surrounding community with immediate access to experienced, board-certified emergency room physicians and will offer a full range of emergency services.
The Emergency Room was built with special consideration for pediatric and geriatric patients.
The 11,000 square foot facility houses 11 private treatment rooms. Additionally, the facility includes a laboratory, a pharmacy and advanced imaging equipment, Ultrasound and a Digital X-ray.
The team of professionals, consists of nurses, respiratory therapists, radiology and laboratory professionals and pharmacists.
