A RECAP OF NOTABLE ARRESTS, CALLS AND INCIDENTS FOR LAST WEEK

Martin County,Fla- Martin County Sheriff Reports:

Three burglary suspects out of Ft. Lauderdale were arrested Sunday evening through a joint effort with the South Florida  Burglary Task Force.

The trio, identified as Terry Boatright, Megan Rae Crawford, and Feirious Damion Martez attempted to burglarize multiple vehicles in parking lots at local parks throughout the county. When deputies approached the suspect vehicle, the driver, Megan Rae Crawford, accelerated at a high rate of speed. Then she drove towards several law enforcement personnel. All three suspects were arrested.

A mother and daughter duo from West Palm Beach were arrested. This was following a violent incident in a Publix parking lot on Hutchinson Island.

36-year old Janelle Jesuca was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon after pulling a knife on the tow truck driver who was attempting to repossess her car. Jesuca and her daughter, 24-year old Hillary Williams, both jumped in the car and sped off. Williams had a 7-month old baby propped-up in the back seat of the car. There was no child car seat, or any safety restraints. When deputies got the duo stopped, both were arrested. Williams was charged with Child Neglect. Deputies also found a number of identification cards, credit cards and gift cards inside the vehicle. The source of those items are under investigation.

Two men from Palm Beach County were arrested and charged with Loitering and Prowling after deputies observed the vehicle they were driving cruising slowly through a Martin County business district around 1:20am Tuesday morning.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the Cadillac Escalade. The men inside, 39-year old Victor Santana Bravo-Hermes and 29-year old Alejandro Pereira Gonzalez, both of Lake Worth, gave conflicting statements as to what they were doing, or why they were here. Inside their vehicle, deputies saw in plain view, bolt cutters, gloves and other items of concern. Both were taken into custody and charged with Loitering and Prowling.

Deputies responded to reports of a heated domestic disturbance involving two brothers that prompted one brother to fire a gun at the other.

The incident started at a home on Tejon Street, in the Monterey Section, Friday afternoon. Following the heated exchange, one of the men put his children in the car and left the scene before deputies could speak to him. Uniform Patrol units did locate and stop the vehicle along Kanner Highway moments later. The man was taken into custody while multiple deputies, including Sheriff Snyder, stopped to check on the children inside the vehicle. Passing motorists snapped photos of the deputies and the Sheriff comforting all of the children along the highway. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
