No clear winner in presidential race as vote counting continues

While there is no decision on the national race, President Trump is the projected winner of Florida’s 29 electoral votes. WIth most of the vote in, Trump gets just over 51-percent; Democrat Joe Biden gets just under 48-percent.

Republicans are flipping two congressional seats in South Florida. Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Gimenez beat Democratic incumbent Debbie Mucarsel-Powell yesterday in District 2

In District 27, Republican Maria Elvira Salazar beat Democratic incumbent Donna Shalala.

Incumbent U.S. Rep. Lois Frankel, D-Florida, has won re-election in District 21, defeating Laura Loomer

Floridians approved all but two of the six amendments on the ballot. The only ones that didn’t go through were Number Three, which would have opened primaries to all voters, and Number Four, which would have required amendments to be voted on twice.
