MISSING CHILD Alert: 4-year-old from Port St. Lucie

Port St Lucie, Fla-On December 2, 2017 at around 9:50 pm, Port St. Lucie Police went to the 4600 block of SW Keats Street for reports of a missing 4 year old girl, Chelsea Noel.

Once on scene police were told by family members that Chelsea walked out of the house through the front door.  At the time there was only a few minutes time delay from when the family last saw Chelsea and then noticed her missing from the house.

Port St. Lucie patrol units, St. Lucie County helicopter, Martin Correctional Bloodhounds all responded to the location and are actively looking for Chelsea.

Chelsea Noel is described as a 4 year old black female, short black hair, brown eyes, 3’ tall, 40 pounds, wearing a pink nightgown with a cartoon horse on the front.

A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued.  She was last seen wearing a long pink nightgown that reads “Princess”. Chelsea Noel has short braids and a birthmark from her neck to her chest which is lighter in color than her skin. She is non-verbal.
