Martin Sheriff: Man connected to local church accused of lewd battery on minor, may be more victims

An Indiantown man has been arrested and charged with lewd or lascivious battery on a victim under 16, and texting a minor for sex after two separate young females told deputies that they experienced inappropriate sexual behavior at the hands of the suspect.

29-year old Isaias Pablo Fabian was charged after investigators began looking into the first allegation by a 16-year old girl. Through that investigation, detectives found pornographic images of another local minor on his phone. When detectives tracked down that victim, she told detectives that illicit sexual behavior did take place. Because the suspect is affiliated with a local church, detectives fear there could be more victims who are afraid to come forward. They are urging parents in Indiantown to speak with their children about this arrest and report any similar behavior to the Sheriff’s Office.

Isaias Pablo Fabian was taken to the Martin County Jail. He currently has no bond.
