Indiantown, Fl (treasurecoast.com) – One person was injured following a shed fire in Indiantown.

A quick response from our crews early this morning prevented a #fire from spreading from a storage shed/converted apartment to occupied homes.

#Firefighters responded to the 14000 block of 169th Drive in Indiantown around 3 am and found the #blaze on the outside of an 8 x 8 storage shed, and quickly extending into the roof of the shed.

The shed – located in the back of the property – was only a couple feet from the house, and was already 50% involved.
1 person was injured and transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Martin County Sheriff’s Office and the State Fire Marshal are investigating reports of it being an arson fire.
