Martin County Sheriff searching for armed suspect responsible for fatal shooting

Martin County, Fl (treasurecoast.com) The Martin County Sheriff is searching for armed suspect responsible for fatal shooting.

This is what they said:

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on the whereabouts of 35-year old Robert Norwood Jr.
Norwood is wanted in connection to a shooting that occurred on Tuesday, March 15th , near Jake’s Store on Martin Luther King Boulevard in Indiantown.
Witnesses say Norwood and the victim were seen arguing in front of the store shortly before Norwood pulled a gun and fired a number of shots hitting the victim. The victim died on the scene. Norwood, who resides in Indiantown, fled the scene on foot.
Robert Norwood is 5’10” tall and weighs about 210 pounds. His photo is posted below. He is armed, so do not approach or confront him. If you have information on Norwood, or know of anyone who may be helping Norwood evade detectives, you are asked to call Detective Ben Lisle at 772-631-4480. You can also call 911, or Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers.
