SUMMARY:  Over a year period, the market is still down from last years’ statistics.  However, the line graph demonstrates that it has stabilized considerably since Sept. 2021. Also, what is significant as shown on the chart, is that the prices of homes have also stabilized and have dropped slightly by 7.3%

CONDITION:  The market still slightly favors the seller but appears to be equalizing.  Runaway sales prices have slowed and even have been reduced from the year before. Outlook continues to be optimistic towards sellers and buyers at this time.

SUMMARY:  Closed Sales have slowly gone up from January. The average selling price is virtually unchanged from last year. There is still reduced inventory and closed sales as noted in the chart.

CONDITION:  Seller’s Market as reflected by the diminished inventory without it affecting the value of properties.
