FPUA Temporarily Offers Saturday Hours
Fort Pierce, FL, November 24, 2020 – As a convenience for our customers, Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) will begin offering Saturday hours as we are scheduled to resume utility disconnects beginning December 1, 2020. This temporary service will begin Saturday, November 28th, with both the drive-through window and the Customer Service call center open from 8 am until 12 noon, to assist with payments or information about past due balances. Assistance programs continue to be available to FPUA customers. Please call 772-466-1600, ext. 3900 to discuss your needs with our Customer Service team.
New services and normal daily transactions will only be serviced Monday through Friday during regular business hours. FPUA regular business hours include the extended hours for the drive-through, open Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 5 pm and extended call center hours from 8 am to 5 pm. The Customer Service lobby remains closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Continuation of Saturday hours and extended hours will be evaluated weekly.
Please note that all FPUA offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th. For customers convenience, payment options include Remote Payment locations including Quick-Pay and PayNearMe, payment by phone (772-466-1600, option 2), online payment options and the 24-hour kiosk located on the west side of the Administration building at 206 South 6th Street.
