Four Arrested in Titusville Homicide

Brevard County Sheriff1

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has arrested four suspects for the homicide of Rayshaan Berry  last  Monday  morning.  Homicide agents arrested 25-year-old David Richardson, 22-year-old Lauren Hudgens, 22-year-old Sir Aljenon Ingram, and 23-year-old Kendrick Kitchen, all of Titusville.

All four were charged with Robbery with a Firearm and First Degree Felony Murder and are being held without bond.

Agents obtained arrest warrants after the investigation revealed that Hudgens lured Berry to a local motel, under the ruse of engaging in prostitution. After arriving at the arranged location, Berry was ambushed by a group who intended to take his money. The investigation determined that Berry refused to comply with the robbery and was shot during the ensuing altercation. Berry’s body was then driven west of I-95 on State Road 50 where it was dumped on the side of the road. Homicide agents are continuing the investigation and more arrests are anticipated in this case.
