Dash cam video and 911 call from arrest of robbery suspect
Indian River County, Fla- Below is the video of the pursuit and arrest of Dallas Ray Baldwin for his role in the robbery of the Burger King at 8680 U.S. 1 on Saturday, November 25, 2017.

Baldwin was charged with robbery with a firearm, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, violation of probation, fleeing and eluding, and leaving the scene of a crash. He also faces several charges from events in the city limits of Sebastian.
The video is divided into three parts.. The first 20 seconds is of the suspect fleeing from deputies. He has four flat tires and traveling at speeds of less than 15 mph. In the sergeant’s radio traffic he broadcasts the suspect’s action of pointing his finger to his head. This was believed to be his attempt to indicate his intention of committing “suicide by cop.”
Next we see the suspect’s continued fleeing with deputies and Sebastian Police officers following. This portion of the footage shows the vehicle traveling on its rims.
Law enforcement’s attempts to stop the vehicle, and Baldwin’s arrest. At approximately 3:45, the third portion of the video shows Baldwin being escorted to a patrol car.
