Martin County, Fl- The Martin County Sheriff has arrested 25-year old Chrismanuel Theophile for selling heroin during a Narcotics operation.

25-year old Chrismanuel Theophile  lived in  Broward County.

Martin County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Detectives, with the assistance of the US Border Patrol, arrested Theophile Wednesday night. This was following a month long narcotics operation. The suspect, who has a long criminal history, and is in the United States illegally, sold heroin during a controlled narcotics buy. He was taken into custody shortly after the transaction. Detectives also found cocaine embedded in his hair.

Chrismauel Theophile was charged with multiple counts of sales and distribution of heroin and unlawful use of a two-way communication. In addition to having a bond of more than $150,000, he remains on an immigration detainer and is eligible to be deported back to Haiti. He is residing at the Martin County Jail
