The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office was on scene early this morning at an apartment complex in Merritt Island where a shooting occurred.
Just before 10pm, Deputies responded to 1165 Jordan Road, Merritt Island after reports were made that shots were being fired in the area.
Deputies located a subject who suffered from a gunshot wound and was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
