The MCSO animal control unit thinks it could possibly be a coyote or a bobcat. The attack was severe. The baby donkey was killed. The adult donkey survived, but sustained deep lacerations to her hind quarters, as well as deep teeth and claw marks to her body. Wildlife experts located large paw prints on the property, and on the property near-by.
