Two Tropical Storms in the Atlantic

Miami, Fl (treasurecoast.com)-Two tropical storms out in the Atlantic right now, plus a tropical depression that just formed off the coast of Africa.

Tropical Storm Jerry doesn’t appear to be a threat to the United States. It’s moving north and is expected to turn back east and head out to sea.

Tropical Storm Karen formed over the weekend and is heading north towards Puerto Rico. The storm is expected to continue moving north all week, but then make a turn to the west by the weekend.

Tropical Depression 13 is near the Cabo Verde Islands. It is expected to strengthen into a Tropical Storm later today, and a Hurricane tomorrow. The storm will move to the west, but is expected to take a northern turn by the weekend.
