The 3rd Suspect has been IDENTIFIED and is WANTED. PSL Police made N arrest on Kidnapping, Aggravated Battery incident. Two suspects are still at large.
On 10/30/2019, Police identified the third suspect involved as 28-YEAR-OLD ANTONIO RAUL DIAZ, DOB, 10/18/1991, 3341 NE 4th Street, Homestead FL. ANTONIO RAUL DIAZ is WANTED by PSLPD, but so is ARBELY AROCHA, DOB 12/12/1977, 7577 w 30TH Street Lane, Hialeah, FL.
