Two SF Burglars team up with local. All end up in Jail!
Two homestead men team up with Hobe Sound Man to Burglarize Martin County Resident. All three end up in Martin County Jail. A local resident called 911 after he noticed the men were looking at a motorcycle under a neighbor’s carport. The suspects took off in the U-Haul when the trio realized they were detected. Then, the Martin County Sheriff’s Deputies intercepted the U-Haul moments later. Deputies could see the men throwing motorcycle gear out of the window as the truck moved down the road.

Twenty two-year old Juan Degado-Bacallao and 21-year old Reynier Bendoyro-Navarro, both of Homestead, along with 24-year old Fernando Laguardia of Hobe Sound were in custody and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling.
The Martin County Sheriff said they have seen a spike in property crimes taking place throughout the county County. Detectives suspect much of this criminal element is seeping in from outside of Martin County. We continue to encourage all resident to remain vigilant and call in any suspicious activity.
The three suspects were taken to the Martin County Jail without bond until first appearance.
