Two PSL Massage Clinics Busted for Prostitution

 

Sheriff Ken Mascara and Chief John Bolduc announced that a joint investigation into local massage clinics. The investigation resulted in the arrest of two individuals for prostitution-related activities.

According to Sheriff Mascara, tips from the public led the two agencies to launch the joint investigation.  Undercover detectives from each agency identified the problematic clinics. They made appointments for massage.  They were solicited for sex acts on multiple occasions in exchange for additional fees.

“These types of illegal activities bring down the character and sense of security in a community,” said Sheriff Mascara. “They are often window-dressing for other, more serious criminal enterprises, are seldom reported due to the immigration status of those involved, and cause ill effects to the adjacent, legitimate businesses.”

Ziuqin Yang, 53, was arrested from Oriental Asian Spa, located at 357 S.E. Port St. Lucie Blvd. She was charged with two counts of engaging in prostitution and was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on a $3,000 bond.

Qiuling Li, 47, was arrested from Asian Massage, located at 10651 South U.S.1. She was charged with one count of permitting prostitution and one count of engaging in prostitution and was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on $1,750 bond.
