Two homeless men arrested for cannabis sales in Vero Beach.
Vero Beach Police Officers responded to Charles Park, 2345 15th Street, on the report of illegal drug activity on April 27th.
The Officers made contact with the two occupants of a Chrysler van. They were identified them as David H. Schultz and Scott A. Wikel.
During the investigation officers located several baggies of cannabis packaged for sale.
Schultz was charged with sale of cannabis with 1000 feet
of a municipal park, possession of cannabis under twenty grams, and possession of drug
paraphernalia.
Wikel was charged with intent to sell cannabis with 1000 feet of a municipal park and possession of cannabis under twenty grams.
The Vero Beach Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit assisted with the investigation.
