Tropical Storm Dorian forms in the Atlantic Ocean
TreasureCoast, Fl- Tropical Storm Dorian has formed in the Atlantic.
According to the National Weather Service in Miami, Dorian has formed in the deep Atlantic but is not an immediate threat to Florida.
Dorian is expected to strengthen to a hurricane by Tuesday of next week.
Puerto Rico will likely feel its impacts.
