Treasure Coast: How to register for Covid vaccine

County health departments are now releasing information on how they can register to receive the vaccine:

 

Martin County:

At present time, the vaccine is first being distributed to healthcare providers, first responders and those who are age 65 and older.

Those who meet the above criteria can call 772-221-4000 and select option 3 to make an appointment.

The vaccine is being provided by appointment only.

The county says vaccine supply is limited and appointments will be offered when the vaccine supply is available.

Indian River County:

The vaccine is only being distributed to those 65 years of age and older, at this time. Reservations can be made by clicking here. Those without access to the internet can make an appointment via phone call by calling 772-226-3900. The phone line is operated during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

All appointments for Saturday, January 2nd. The county will release new information once they receive more vaccine.

St. Lucie County:

The county is working on establishing a system to distribute the vaccine.

 

Okeechobee County:

No information on a distribution plan is available yet.

 

Cleveland Clinic Patients:

Vaccinations are available to patients of Cleveland Clinic by appointment only. Vaccine is available to patients over 65 years of age, certain high-risk medical conditions, hospitalized patients who meet criteria and are being discharged from the hospital, and community health care providers and first-responders.

Patients at Cleveland Clinic locations in  Indian River Counties can call 954-659-5950. Scheduling hours include Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Dec. 31, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Jan 2, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Jan. 3, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Jan. 4, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Jan 5, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cleveland Clinic Martin Health patients can schedule their vaccination by calling 772-419-3308. Scheduling hours include Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Dec. 31, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Jan. 2, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Jan. 4; 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Patients will be scheduled based on vaccine supply and will continue to schedule as supply allows.
