TreasureCoast, Fl (TreasureCoast.com)- One of the best high school football games of the regular season is getting a rematch in the playoffs. Vero Beach and Treasure Coast both dominated their opponents in the first round of the playoffs, with Vero Beach defeating Boca Raton 42-7, and Treasure Coast going on the road and shutting out Santaluces 40-0. Treasure Coast will travel to Vero for the regional semifinal rematch. The two teams last played back on October 11th, a game Vero Beach won by a single point, 31-30. The winner will advance to the regional finals. In other games last week, Centennial’s comeback fell short as they lost to Palm Beach Central 49-42. Jensen Beach went to overtime in their first ever home playoff game, but ultimately lost 6-3 to Killian. And Westwood fell behind early and never recovered, losing to Charlotte 20-7.
