Three children ranging in age from 7-10 were rescued from their Vero Beach home because it was so filthy that it was making them sick. Now, their parents are in jail charged with felony child neglect.
Courtney Hammond Jones, 42, and Rachel Renee Tokoly Jones, 40, were taken into custody by the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony child neglect.

Inside of the home, police and D.C.F workers made a horrible find: trash, mold, rats, roaches and floors covered in feces.
