Stuart, Fla- On March 1, 2018, Stuart Police investigated a vehicle burglary in the Central Parkway Professional Plaza, located in the 600 block of SE Central Parkway. The victim parked her vehicle in the parking lot at 3:53pm and within two (2) minutes her purse was stolen. The victim reported seeing the pictured vehicle idling in the parking lot near her parked vehicle.

Surveillance images captured what is believed to be the suspect vehicle at 3:54pm in the parking lot and it is recorded leaving at 3:55pm. The suspect(s) attempted to break one window without success and finally broke through a second. Once inside, the victim’s purse was stolen.

Stuart Police want to remind everyone as a precaution, to NEVER leave your property in plain view inside a vehicle. These type of crimes occur very quickly, day or night. Thieves target vehicles left unattended, even if it’s for only a couple minutes.
