This is what they wrote:
“To the individual that took off running before Detective Lee could talk to you about your seatbelt this morning;
Det. Lee has your money, wallet, and cocaine. Det. Lee would like to get at least two of the three items back to you.
If you would like to meet with Det. Lee he will be at the Stuart Police Department at 830 SE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
