Stuart Police arrest person wielding a knife outside local club
Stuart, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- The Stuart Police arrested a man who was wielding a knife outside a local club.

In the early hours this morning, officers responded to a large disturbance and a report of an individual wielding a knife outside of Stix Billiard Club. Upon their arrival, officers observed a large crowd with several altercations occurring. Officers quickly gained control and deescalated the situation.
Investigations revealed that 37-year-old Chad Brown had been the individual seen wielding the knife and was responsible for the altercation that had occurred.
Brown was arrested and charged with:
– Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
– Simple Battery
– Possession of a Weapon or Ammo by a Convicted Felon
