Update Oct 1:
Yesterday our local River warriors had an event on the Roosevelt Bridge for National Estuaries Day. They heard the kitten.
Oct 2
Officers named the cat Roosevelt, but it was quickly discovered that Roosevelt was actually a female, so they have changed the name to Rosie. Rosie has been given to a loving home.

Oct 2 Melissa Keyes was the person who heard Rosie and called the Stuart police. They took it from there.
