43-year old Gregory Nail initially acted baffled when he was stopped by Martin County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Detectives. Shortly afterwards, he realized that his substantial sale of the drug Opana, to a person inside a St. Lucie County restaurant, may have been the reason he was in custody.

The buy-bust take down by detectives, with the assistance of the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office, was swift and yielded thirty, 40-milligram tablets of Opana, a scheduled II narcotic. That quantity represents twice the amount necessary for a trafficking charge.
