Stuart Man arrested for exposing himself.
In two cases, 36-year old Steven Lawrence Smith was caught on video exposing himself in front of unsuspecting citizens. Then in a third case, a witness clearly identified him as the man openly masturbating in his driveway—not far from a bus stop. Smith was arrested and charged in all three cases. In two other cases, a person fitting Smith’s description was said to be involved in similar suspicious incidents—although no positive identification could be made, and no charges were filed. Detectives are now wondering if there are other instances that have gone unreported.
