St Lucie Sheriff returns stolen dog to owner

St Lucie County, Fla (Treasuecoast.com) -On November 17,  Sheriff Mascara and Detective Matt Briglia returned Peaches to owner Joy Scott. Peaches had been dog-napped on August 30th. Peaches was located at the H.A.L.O Animal No-Kill Rescue Shelter in Sebastian.

The St Lucie County Sheriff’s Office said that a neighbor took the dog from Scott’s porch. The neighbor denies the accusations, but the Sheriff’s Office says that charges for burglary and grand theft are forthcoming.
