St. Lucie County Offers Free Bus Rides on Election Day

There is no excuse not to vote. To make it even easier, St. Lucie County’s Transit Division and the Treasure Coast Connector are offering complimentary rides on Primary and General Election Days.
On Tuesday, Aug. 30 and Tuesday, Nov. 8, all rides on public transportation are free under St. Lucie County’s “Ride TCC to Vote” initiative, providing another avenue for voters to get to the polls. Riders of both the fixed route service and demand response (door–to-door) service will receive free rides. Demand response customers should schedule their trip in accordance with normal policies and procedures.
The Ride TCC to Vote program was created to highlight the important role of community transit in helping people engage in the democratic process and have their voices heard.
For more information on routes and schedules, download the RouteShout app in your online app store. View the live bus locations or call one of our friendly trip planners at 772-462-5163.
