St. Lucie County Hosts Housing Law Clinic Aug. 11

FORT PIERCE – St. Lucie County’s Housing Division will host another Housing Law Clinic for tenets, in partnership with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, on Thursday, Aug. 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Havert L. Fenn Center, 2000 Virginia Ave.

Anyone with questions about the eviction process or potential housing discrimination is encouraged to stop by the Fenn Center and meet with staff from the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. Reservations are not required.

Residents wishing to meet with representatives from the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County should bring all documents that may be important for review, including any court documents, notices from landlords, current lease agreement (if you have one), proof of payments, etc.

The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County is committed to providing high-quality civil legal advice, representation and education to the disadvantaged of Palm Beach County in order to protect their personal safety, enhance their opportunities and living conditions, and promote self-sufficiency.
