Snail of Approval Award:  Fruits and Roots Juice Bar and Vegan Café

Our latest addition to our growing list of Snail of Approval Awardees  Fruits and Roots Juice Bar and Vegan Café.

Fruits and Roots Juice Bar and Vegan Café is located in downtown Stuart at 710 South Colorado Avenue.  Their menu offers a wide array of mouthwatering soups, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, and desserts.  They also have juices, smoothies, acai and oat bowls.  Daily specials include decadent entrée options like a delicious Linguini with Seared King Oyster Mushrooms to resemble Scallops, and House made Cashew Parmesan.

The chef takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredients.  All the products are made fresh and 95% organic.  They use local ingredients when possible to support sustainability. Special dietary needs are welcome, and responded to with care.

The owner Amber Eichling and Culinary Artist, Chef Dustin Dinter have turned vegan cooking into an art form; the service is friendly and attentive, I encourage you all to stop by for a meal. Due to great reception, and growth, Fruits and Roots recently relocated into a larger space within the same plaza they were operating in, and their new space is comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with indoor and outdoor seating.
