Seacoast Bank teller accused of stealing more than $50,000

Stuart, Fl- A Seacoast bank teller has been arrested, accused of taking over $50,000 from a customers account. Police began the investigation in December when a customer contacted the bank to check on a wire transfer. Not only had the wire transfer not arrived, but his account showed a purchased of a truck for over $54,000 which the customer had not made. Stuart police traced the alleged theft to 32-year old Amber Rincon. They say she targeted that specific account because she knew the man didn’t normally monitor his accounts. Rincon has been charged with organized fraud of $50,000 or more, and second degree grand theft charges.
