Port St. Lucie, Fl (Treasurecoast.com) –Port St. Lucie police are searching for an armed suspect. This was after homes and vehicles were damaged by gunfire and one person was injured Monday evening. The incident happened around 6:35pm in the 1700 block of SW Castinet Lane. Police responded to the location regarding a domestic dispute and a shooting activity in the area and found several vehicles and two residences damaged by gunfire. Shell casings were also found at the scene.

Police have identified the suspect as 22-year-old Da Quan Pittman. They say he fled the area in a gray Chrysler 200 with FL Tag # KAM-73. Pittman, has ties to Tallahassee and the St. Petersburg area, and is armed with an unknown caliber handgun.

Officials say no one was injured by gunfire, however, one person suffered a non-life threatening injury and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
