12 yo recovering after being hit by car in PSL
On October 9, 2017 at around 6:10 pm, PSLPD went to the 700 block of SW St. Lucie West Blvd to investigate a crash car vs. bicycle. Investigation revealed that the car was exiting the Home Depot parking lot on to SW St. Lucie West Blvd. At the same time a the 12 year old was traveling west on SW St. Lucie West Blvd and collided with the car.
The 12 year old was taken to a nearby hospital where he is recovering from a fractured pelvis. The boy is expecting to make a full recovery.
