On June 10, 2016 at around 7:05 am, Port St. Lucie Police went to the 2300 block of SW Fern Circle after a 911 call was made regarding one of the tenants in the home attacking the elderly landlord.  After arriving at the house officers were directed towards the two women who were inside the home.  When officers entered the home, they observed Reilly straddling the elderly woman choking her with both hands.  One officer reported hearing what he described as gurgling noises coming from the elderly woman.  Officers were able to detain Reilly and the victim was taken to a nearby hospital.

During the investigation into the attack, detectives learned that the 73 year old female homeowner rented a room to Reilly.  When Reilly repeatedly failed to follow the rules of the house, the victim told Reilly she would have to leave at the end of the month.  Reilly left the house on Sunday June 5, 2016 and stayed away several days due to being angry about being told she had to leave.  In the morning of June 10, 2016, Reilly returned back to the home and found the landlord outside of the house walking her dog.  Reilly followed the landlord back into the house and immediately attacked her.  Reilly was taken into custody and taken to the St. Lucie County Jail for booking.  She was charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery on an elderly person.

So it looks Like Naomi has a place to stay, meals included but she still has to follow the rules.
