PSL Teen shot in bed
A teenager was shot in his bed in Port St Lucie.
According to police, it happened just after 2 am this morning at a home on California Boulevard.
Police say the 18-year-old was shot through his window and suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police spotted a vehicle about five miles from the scene. After a brief chase they were able to block it. One person was arrested, but another person took off.
Authorities are now searching the area of Prima Vista and Rio Mar with canine units. We’ll have more information on this case as it becomes available.
