PSL Police asking public’s help to ID Car burglars

On Saturday, June 17, 2017, Port St. Lucie Police went to the 500 block of NW Cardinal Drive for reports of a car burglary. The victim told police that they have video surveillance of the suspects.

Police viewed the surveillance video and noted that on June 17, 2017 at 1:40 am, the suspect car, a silver or white in color 4 door sedan,  park in front of the victim’s home.  Three suspects were out of the suspect’s car. Then, they walked up to the victim’s SUV and truck, which was parked in the driveway.  The video showed a young male wrap his hand inside of his tee shirt and attempt to open the truck’s passenger door.  The trucks doors were locked; however, the SUV was unlocked and the suspects got into the SUV.  They stole 2 USB chargers, a coach purse, and approximately $30.00 in cash.

Port St. Lucie police took a total of 4 car burglary reports in the area at 762 NW Floresta Drive (nothing stolen), 665 NW Cardinal (drive driver’s license and debit card stolen), 513 NW Cardinal Drive ($3.00 cash stolen), and 550 NW Cardinal Drive (purse, USB chargers and cash stolen).

Police are asking if you have any information on this cases or recognize the suspects to call the Port St. Lucie Police Department at (772) 871-5001, Detective Harrington at (772) 871-5037, or Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers at 1-800-273 TIPS.
