PSL Man Charged with Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
Port St. Lucie, Fl- On March 5th, at approximately 7:19 am, PSLPD were called out to a disturbance involving a gun at 561 SW Lawler Ave..
The Construction Crew were unloading equipment from their trailer when 66 Year old Anthony Kowalczyk became upset over the crew’s equipment making noise. Anthony Kowalczyk said “my dogs were going crazy inside my house”. Anthony Kowalczyk yelled at the crew as he pointed his rifle at them.
After a thorough investigation, Anthony Kowalczyk was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. No one was injured.
