A 24-year old Port St Lucie man has been arrested and is in jail on sex charges.
He pretended to be a teenage boy. Fye talked a 15-year old girl to send him nude photos and explicit videos.
Richard Fye III made contact with the 15-year old girl via social media on December 13th.
Fye claimed he was a 14-year old boy. He coerced the victim, who lives in Michigan, into sending two nude photos of herself. Fye then sent her a screenshot of one of her social media accounts. He threatened to send the nude photos to her friends and family unless she sent videos, which she did.
The next day the girl and her family went to a sheriff’s office in Michigan. They were able to use Fye’s IP address to track him down to a sober living home on Gemini Lane in Port St Lucie.
Fye was arrested, and faces three federal charges.
