Port St. Lucie ranked Best City for Firefighters in U.S.
Port St. Lucie again is getting national recognition with another “best of” ranking – this time for being the best place to live in the United States for firefighters, according to consumer research company ValuePenguin.
The company evaluated cities throughout the country looking at cost of living, median salary and other factors, and determined that Port St. Lucie is the best city for firefighters of 322 examined nationally.
Port St. Lucie has been gaining attention in several national rankings in the past two years, being recognized as one of the best places to retire, one of the best places for job growth, one of the best places for business and careers, and one of the best places to start a business.
