Port St. Lucie Police seeking help finding Missing Endangered 99 year old man.

Port St Lucie, Fl- The Port St. Lucie Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating 99 year old Joseph Thomas Holzapfel,  01/16/1920 (1700 block of SE Canora Road, Port St. Lucie). Joseph suffers from dementia. Joseph left his residence during the early morning hours of March 10th, 2019 with the family dog (“Mixed Jack Russell Terrier named “Moe” / Tan in color with Apricot markings).

Joseph was last seen by his daughter on March 9th, 2019 at 11:00 pm. Joseph is in possession of the 2004 silver Lexus with Florida tag EHH-U23. Joseph has no cell phone, no money, approximately half tank of gas and No On Star in the vehicle.

Joseph is described as white male, 5’07” height, weighing 140lbs, gray hair, and blue eyes.  He was last seen wearing blue jogging pants, light blue shirt, Navy jacket with a red stripe down the sleeve and Sperry tan/ brown shoes.

Detectives reviewed surveillance video which revealed a vehicle that appears to match the description of the missing Lexus was seen traveling slowly past the residence at 4:18 am on March 10th, 2019. Port St. Lucie Police patrol units have canvassed the surrounding areas but did not locate him.
