On October 21, 2016 at 7:40 pm, Port St. Lucie Police went to the parking lot of Anytime Fitness, located at 240 SW Port St. Lucie Boulevard, to investigate a smash and grab car burglary. During the investigation police learned that there was video surveillance that captured the crime.
Surveillance video shows that at 7:19 pm, a late model Silver Toyota Camry 4 door with tinted windows enter the parking lot of Anytime Fitness. After driving through the parking lot the suspects park next to the victim’s car. The suspect exits the car, uses an unknown object, possibly a window punch, to shatter the passenger side window of the victim’s car. The suspect reaches in to the car and steals the victim’s purse, which contained various credit and debit cards. The suspect gets back into the getaway car before they flee the scene.

The driver of the suspect car is described as a heavy set black female, wearing a white top, and blue jeans. The suspect who broke into the victim’s car is described as a black male wearing a black t-shirt with white lettering on it.
