Victim: Anthony Guzman (H/M 4/19/1995)
Location: 400 block South 18th Street
The victim was walking Southbound toward Delaware Avenue when three males approached him. The males were wearing hoodie style sweatshirts and black pants. One of the males started firing towards Guzman. A passing motorist, who did not witness the shooting, observed Guzman lying in the street. He stopped to render aid. Arriving officers also provided first aid. The victim, who was shot multiple times, was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
